Katie’s love for caramel apples is what started it all. She wanted to be able to make her own caramel apples so she could have one whenever she was having a craving. And since they are very hard to find and even harder to find a delicious one she knew it would be up to her in order to satisfy her love of gourmet caramel apples (you know, the ones with caramel, chocolate, and more…). After a few failed attempts and several successes she mastered the art and started giving them away as gifts to friends and relatives. Soon their popularity exceeded that of being just a fun thing to make and what started out as a hobby turned into a delectable business.
